Termination

Course Access & Usage

• Registered users gain access to purchased courses. 
• Access to course materials is for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold.
• Misuse or unauthorized distribution of content may result in account suspension or termination

Payments, Subscriptions and Refund

Payments

• Unauthorized payment activities (eg. using stolen credit cards) may result in account termination.

Subscriptions

• Courses are offered on subscription basis
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through My Subscriptions 
  • Subscription cancellation (automatically leading to course dis-enroll) will take effect immediate effect 
• Failed renewal payments
  • your enrollment in subscribed course will be automatically terminated
  • to reactivate the subscription, you will need to re-enroll and make a successful payment

Refund Policy

• We offer a 2-day full money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

• Eligibility for refund, 

  • you must request refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase date.

  • you must have completed less than 25% of the course content 
• Refunds are not available for renewal payments or subscription extensions.

• Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@sophiarch.com

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy.

  • Refunds for subscriptions purchased as part of a bundle or special offer may be subject to different terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• User Responsibility: By using this website and its services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SophiArch, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
